Scout Labs was a pioneering enterprise social media tool, enabling marketers to track and analyze engagement with their brands on social platforms and blogs.
As Director of UX, I led efforts to understand our user needs and translate them into product requirements in the form of personas, site maps and flows, and detailed wireframes. From a UX standpoint, our challenge was to design an intuitive, attractive product for marketers who expect no less, but with very powerful capabilities to manage queries and analyze data.
To inform our strategy and the user experience of the product, I also established and managed our customer advisory board.
Our customers loved our product, and Scout Labs was ultimately acquired by Lithium Technologies.
