Singapore Airlines

This was a year-long, large scale project to develop web applications to handle flight reservations and loyalty programs, plus a redesign of the website to both market and enable self-service for Singapore Airlines customers around the world.

I worked on-site at the client’s offices for the duration and led the user experience work, producing detailed personas and user journeys, site maps and flows, and detailed wireframes capturing every user click and application response.

I also drove the localization strategy and led design validation and usability testing efforts in Singapore, China, and the US.
